I cannot recommend Nick more highly. My 5 star ratings say it all - professional, thorough, responsive. He spent hours, over several days, readying the house for sale and gathering both photos and drone footage to show the house at its best. As I do not live in ON Nick facilitated various inspections on my behalf and was very good at keeping me in the loop regarding showings and other details related to the sale.
