I found my new home with Nick's help and am so very glad I had him with me on that journey. He was very patient with me as there were many things unclear due to my not being a permanent resident at that time and he would help me wherever he could. He assisted me with his experience and expertise and I was glad that he was always honest with me as I was not very familiar with the Canadian real estate market.
