Working with Nicole was a great experience. She is knowledgeable, honest and proactive. She handled everything with minimal stress on our end. I would absolutely recommend Nicole to everyone! 10/10

Reply: Tracey, thank you! ✨ Buying a condo in Toronto has a lot of moving parts. There are status certificates, condo fees, building rules and closing deadlines. My job was to carry that weight so you could focus on the decision itself. I'm so glad it felt low-stress on your end. Honest advice is the only kind I give. You deserved to know the real numbers and the real trade-offs on every unit before you made the call, and you made a great one. Congratulations again on your new home in Little Portugal. You picked one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in the city. Enjoy every patio on Dundas West! If anyone in your circle is thinking about a move in Toronto or the East GTA, I'd be honoured to take great care of them. Many thanks & best wishes in your new home, Nicole Another home blessed. ✨
