Finding a realtor to either buy or sell (or both) can be a daunting task. Many people are content with a subjective suggestion from a friend or neighbour. Instead, we wanted to focus on the bigger city-wide picture and to adopt a more objective approach, one that was solely based on overall reputation, which is how we found Nicole Hacault. We understood, pretty much from Day 1, that Nicole was a knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, supportive, high-energy and results-oriented person. These initial impressions were confirmed over and over again as we worked through the process involving several showings, one of which led to an offer and a sale. Throughout, communication was great, from earlier in the morning than one would have thought possible to just before bedtime. That was Part 1. Part 2 involved Nicole making good use of her extensive contacts, thereby making the process easier and delivering high value in terms of listing, staging, recommendations for movers and lawyers, a cleaning service, etc. Her colleague ran a very successful open house and, over the course of several weeks, her team members showed themselves to be both knowledgeable and resourceful. Again, communication was responsive, whether from across the street or across the world.
