Where do I even start with this incredible realtor? I've dealt with many agents in the past and I can safely say that Nicole is in a class by herself, for many reasons:
1. Knowledge: Her awareness of the market never ceased to amaze me. I would text her a listing I saw and she would reply with "that's an excellent building" or "this building has management issues". If she didn't know about the building she would tell me, but that was extremely rare.
2. Experience & expertise: Nicole's knowledge of every facet of real estate is impressive to say the least. Whatever my question or concern, she had the answer and could put me at ease whenever I felt overwhelmed by the process.
3. Professionalism: This can be hard to find sometimes, but Nicole is the consummate professional. She always honors her commitments, keeps her promises and ensures everything is done right the first time.
4. Attention to detail: I've never been a real detail guy, but with Nicole it didn't matter. She thought of everything and kept me on track at all times, which isn't easy! When we did some virtual walkthroughs with her because we were in Edmonton but shopping for a Winnipeg condo, she took us through every square inch of a property, narrating as she went and spotting the smallest flaw that we had never noticed.
5. Persistence: When our deal for our dream condo fell apart through no fault of Nicole's, she worked tirelessly to rescue it, making calls, tapping into her contacts and finding a solution.
If there's one moment that encapsulates Nicole, it was just after our deal closed. She was in Italy for her first days off in six months, and she sent us a video of her in front of the Colosseum in Rome. I assumed it was to share her experience with us, but no. It was to CONGRATULATE US ON THE PURCHASE!! Who does that???
Best of all, Nicole was just a pleasure to deal with.
She is thoughtful, compassionate, engaging and a lot of fun!
While she is an outstanding realtor, she's an even better person, and we feel blessed to have met her.

Reading this back, what I feel most isn't pride, it's gratitude. Gratitude that you trusted me with something as big and as personal as finding your home, from another city no less, and that you let me be part of that journey with you. That kind of trust is not something I take lightly, ever.
The Colosseum moment brought so much joy and excitement from around the world to congratulate you on that monumental day.
Thank you for seeing me, for trusting me, and for taking the time to put all of this into words. Here's to your beautiful new home. Congratulations, again and again.
