Sandeep Singh was excellent. Very responsive and after a few viewings he knew how to prioritize showings for me as he knew my specifications. He was extremely knowledgeable about specific builds and what could be expected of certain home builds by era. He was very helpful arranging walk through home inspections and giving advice on what to put on the offer to make it competitive.
