When it came time to sell my house, both my original realtor and another realtor I'd chosen as "back up" had retired!! And there are SO MANY realtors in the mid-Island region!!!! I went searching on Google and picked Nicole based solely on her reviews. I had chosen one other person to speak to as well but after meeting with Nicole the first time, I didn't even bother reaching out to the other realtor. Her demeanor had already convinced me to go with her. And the reviews did NOT lie. If her other clients are anything like me, 5 stars are not enough to encompass the service she provided! She was the perfect mix of friendly yet assertive that one must find in a realtor. Not assertive enough to stray into "ahole" territory, but not friendly enough that you end up with concerns as to whether they'll be truly invested in protecting your interest in the deal. I'd say that she dealt effortlessly with a complication that came up post-signing of the realtor contract, but that would not honor the work she put into dealing with it. She just made it LOOK effortless, and never made me feel like either it or I were a problem. Excellent communication, blunt without being rude, honestly I could go on and on - but I'd just be repeating myself using different words - she was excellence personified, from start to end. If she's still around when it comes time to purchase again, you bet I'll be calling her again in a heartbeat.
