We have purchased 6 homes and sold 7, trust us when we say Nicole IS the best! We have dealt with several realtors and we have found Nicole to be the most laid back and friendly, confident in how to sell your home, in her market evaluation, what you need to show well, quick to respond to a question, clear to communicate with etc. I feel bad for not giving the marketing a 5 star but we didn’t get to see our home listed on any websites just a coming soon post on her page as our home sold fast in the hot market. But she did put together a beautiful post featuring our home and the photos were stellar! Nicole met the cleaner to give access for a move out clean, and our compost bin wasn’t emptied by the city due to a misunderstanding. We were moving out of province, so travelling that day. Nicole notified us and although it was stressful for everyone given the situation and timing, she helped us sort it out and emptied the bin for us! That was HUGE considering the day it was for us and we know it affected her day also but she didn’t make a big deal about it. We were so thankful for her help and attitude. It’s those things that set her apart for sure. Thanks Nicole for making the LAST sale for us the most pleasant!
