Nicole was very helpful and nice to deal with. She was flexible with her times and worked to suit our tight schedule as we didn't live close by. We felt that she should have been more proactive in terms of making sure the sellers followed the closing terms: they took the gate which should have been a fixture and left some old items that we were on the hook for taking to the dump. Even though I specifically mentioned the above items, when she found out the gate was left she simply texted me "Too bad about the gate." We had to buy a new gate for over $350 and figure out how to get a 16 foot gate to the property. We've talked to other realtors who were shocked that she didn't offer to replace the gate. Did she even contact the sellers? Who knows? Although we were happy working with her throughout the process, unfortunately the final closing with the gate fiasco, left us disappointed and unsatisfied.
