The true test of how much someone values their real estate agent is whether they continue to use their services in the future. I have bought 4 properties and sold 3, all with different agents because I found the ones I worked with in the past did not look out for my best interest. They were so focused on closing and the experience was merely transactional to them. I learned from my mistakes and was fortunate that this time around, I found an agent I could trust. It started with me reaching out to Nicole on a property she was listing. That sold with a bully offer but we hit it off so well that I decided to work with her on my search for a home in the KW area. Being from Toronto, I had to trust Nicole's knowledge of the KW area. I leaned on her for understanding of what areas I should focus on that would meet my needs. Like most going through the buying process, I was initially all over the place. Nicole helped guide me by showing me different types of properties at varying price points. All the while, helping me along the way by presenting ideas and different options. She took the time to get to know what I liked and what I didn't like, learning my threshold of how much work I would like to do to a place. She was always prompt in responding to my calls, emails and texts and always made me feel like I could reach out to her. In all my past purchases, I felt duped after each one, thinking I over paid and for some reason, sellers always asked for my max. With Nicole, she presented research, we went in with a strong plan, made adjustments along the way, and ultimately I came out successful without over-bidding. With Nicole, I felt she really advocated for ME, looked out for MY best interest and valued OUR professional relationship. I believe, in life, it's important that you have professionals you trust on your team. I have a trusted lawyer, accountant, electrician, aesthetician but for my biggest investment, for the longest time, I found it nearly impossible to find a realtor I wanted on my team. But now I have Nicole. I've been in my home for over a year now. I wanted to take the time to write this once the dust settled because it's usually then that the big picture and truth about the entire transaction comes to light. If you're considering buying or selling your home, I would whole-heartedly recommend you give Nicole a call. I promise you, she will take good care of you. Be warned, she may seem nice, but she's a tough negotiator. I've never had anyone fight for me like she has. Usually I'm the one turning over for the buyer or seller, just taking things. Not with Nicole. She asks for things and has no qualms in demanding what is best for her client!
