Nicole stuck with us on this property for almost a year. I feel like many agents would have opted out due to the low value of the property but I never felt like the service quality was anything less than if this was a million dollar home. If you want to have an agent that will be extremely transparent and put in a high amount of effort at every step then look no further. I rarely leave reviews but felt this was important for me to do given how pleased we were with the service. This is how an experience with a realtor should be.
