Nicole is amazing! She helped me a couple years ago when I bought my first house and most recently, in December, when I moved to my own own apartment after a divorce. She's very knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and has great advice on neighbourhoods, building conditions, red flags to watch out for, the whole buying process.
