Explained the whole process, possibly contingency plans, timelines, market comparables, and the monthly trends. Really felt like she was there working with me for the entire process of selling. Everthing was handled diligently and she and did an amazing job staging. Ensuring the property looked its best for potential buyers for both in person views and the listing pictures taken.
