Whike working with Nik I felt like part of his extended family. His timeliness of his responses, always being available to answer questions are just some of his qualities. Being an out of town seller has its challenges but we trusted Nik to take care of this important transaction on our behalf and we were not disappointed. He made himself available to help whenever we needed it, whether it be to check on the condo (as it was vacant at the time) to allow workers into the property, these were not normal realtor requests but he gladly helped us out. Overall Nik made the process seem simple and because of his virtual staging of the condo, it resulted in a sale of the condo even in a poor sellers market. Thanks Nik!
