I had a great experience with Nikita Mulhanov, His team was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Communication was clear and timely, and they made everything from the apartment tour to the application process smooth and straightforward. I also appreciated the teams transparency regarding the lease terms and their willingness to answer my questions. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and would gladly recommend their services to others looking for a positive rental experience by owner looking to rent a residential apartment or condo.
