I recommend Nikita without hesitation. His communication skills are excellent - prompt and informative. His demeanor is calm, which is essential in this crazy market. Nikita is also reliable - when he says he will be somewhere or do something you can count on him. One other point - he is observant. On the first visit he took note of parking restrictions, something I would never have thought of.
