Mr. Mukhanov is a truly dedicated and effective realtor. It's rare to encounter people who take their responsibilities so seriously and who are as conscientious and considerate. At every step of the process he took the extra time and effort to make sure that we had the information we needed and that our concerns were assuaged. We are new to Montreal and we don't speak French and are totally unfamiliar with the ins and outs of real estate and with Nikita's help the process was as smooth as it possibly could be. I can't imagine a more effective or helpful person to turn to and would strongly recommend Nikita to anyone looking for help in finding the right home and working through the process of its acquisition.
