Nikita did a good job through the search process. He was responsive and helpful. The vendor left the condo very dirty which was not Nikita's fault however annoying and inconvenient. The selling realtor was very unhelpful and did not assist in anyway whatsoever. Nikita has followed through for us on a few loose ends which we appreciate.
