I couldn't get a better companion for my property search process than Nikita. He was very responsive and efficient. He listened to my needs and suggested many properties and followed up on my suggestions as well. Something I appreciated from him (and that I think it's very important) was that he was always honest about his thoughts of the properties; his experience matters and always told me if a property was a good deal or if we could make it better. When we found the property I liked the process of negotiation, inspection and closing was very smooth. He even managed to negotiate a lower price! I had a great time searching for properties with him; I highly recommend him!
