Nikita was amazing and I'm very grateful that he was our listing agent. We had a long first stretch without offers because of the market fluctuations and he gathered great feedback from visits which we always implemented. That meant we had a lot of traction and visits for a solid two months. We ended up taking a break and relisting with Nikita again in the new year. The property sold in a day. I truly believe Nikita was a big part of this successful transaction.
