When you are selling a property for the first time in a specific area, like I was, you cannot make smart and good decisions if your realtor is telling you what they think you want. Nikki never did that and refused to do that; she always told me the truth backed by solid analysis and research. Nikki conducted herself with distinction in execution and strategy; she told me an accurate and honest value of my property based on the homework that she did on the property and area. When it came time to review offers and negotiate with the buyers, I really relied on and trusted her advice to make the best decision for me. Not only did my house sell in less than one day, but I also had several offers and received more than asking. Nikki also helped us find our new home. She set us up with the right tools to search for homes and organized many viewings of properties that we were interested in. She worked with us on weekends and evenings with follow ups and advice that gave us a real feel for the market we were in.
