There are not enough superlatives to describe our experience working with Norm Grodecki. My wife and I moved to Saskatoon from Ontario in the era of COVID-19 and, all thanks to Norm, buying our first home could not have been easier! My wife could only visit Saskatoon for two days over a weekend (I had to stay behind in Ontario for work), so Norm scheduled what seemed like a week’s worth of viewings and spent his entire weekend working with her to find our new home. After she returned, he helped us with the logistics of finalizing our offer and the eventual closing of on our home, entirely virtually and without incident. As well, as our closing date preceded our move to Saskatoon, Norm checked in on the property on closing day and regularly thereafter until we arrived. He even coordinated snow removal during that time so that we could safely arrive to our new home. His care and attention to detail was beyond our expectations, making us feel comfortable and in-the-loop even from 3000km away. We are endlessly thankful to Norm for helping us become excited and happy Saskatonians! We would highly recommend Norm to anyone looking for a new home in Saskatoon.
