Norm has been amazing to work with both selling our home after a divorce and helping me find my next home. Real estate makes me go cross eyed and Norm is great at helping get through the processes step by step. He is incredibly responsive and one characteristic I like is he will not lead you to any one side on decisions regarding buying or selling your home. He instead will present opinions on all paths you can take and let you drive. He also networks with mortgage brokers, lawyers, home inspectors, everybody you need to get through the process and the majority of them are great. My ex wife and I are on very amicable terms but Norm was still very upfront about transparency and sharing information between both parties being priority. Dealing indirectly with other realtors, I can say first hand that Norm's professionalism completely eclipses his counterparts. He ensured we were far more informed than I saw with other realtors and their clients during both the selling and buying processes, and something that really stands out to me is his respect for other people's homes. When viewing houses, Norm was on me after each room to ensure things were exactly as we found them (lights on or off, doors open or closed, locked or unlocked, etc.) and even made courtesy calls to other realtors the odd time we found something strange in a home while viewing it. While my house was left to many other realtors for several days of viewings, each evening when I stopped by I found blinds wide open, doors unlocked, ground floor windows unlocked, and my house generally left unsecured. It was disgraceful, to be honest. Norm should be a model of how to train the rest of the realtors in this city on how to do their job like a professional. You can trust him 100% with handling your home. Don't bother with anybody else. Just call Norm.
