DO NOT RENT FROM HIM AND/OR HIS SON. If you want to keep your money, I suggest doing research on him first. Wishing I would've done that before renting from him and his son "Deep". They took the remaining of my damage deposit and put it towards damages that were not tenants responsibilities by any means (new toilets) and without any consent. They also never reiumbursed us for any moving expenses which landlords are responsible for. They raised rent by $200 within the first 6 months to a year of us signing with them. When they wanted to do renovations, they tried to evict us by only giving 3weeks to pack up an entire house, we fought that because landlords are supposed to give at least 3 months notice. After that incident, they tried evicting us within A DAY'S notice this time which definitely won't work lol! So then they tried coming up with some lame excuse saying the son "got married and wants to move in" which i already knew was total BS. We abided by that STILL, even moved out earlier than expexted due date, left the place in good shape. Spent $300 of our own money just on cleaning supplies only to have them still do us dirty in every way. I dont even think that they actually know the rules and regulations regarding rentals. It's either that or they enjoy taking advantage of first-time renters. I've been trying to serve them papers to take them to court as they've been avoiding me. THEY KNOW DAMN WELL WHO THIS IS. Consider this a warning to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
