I have never worked with ANY professional (realty or otherwise) who has been so efficient, helpful, and willing to make that extra effort often required. In my case the seller's agent was so lacking in co-operation that Pamela often had to take on what should have been their duties. She also, through thorough research of the history of a property I had seriously considered purchasing, saved me from making what would have been a disastrous investment. I am very happy in the condo she helped me find and I know I have made a good investment as the property is in a new development.
