She made no mention of that while signing the contract, which I find ethically questionable. Because we were friends, I find that morally reprehensible. She literally took an extra $3000 plus taxes out of her friend’s pocket, and because the home sold so quickly, she only had to list the home without incurring extra advertising costs or spending extra time showing it or doing open houses.
