We are really lucky to have Pankaj as our realtor. I must say the patience he had travelling two hours sometimes for showing a single house is commendable. He is not only knowledgeable in his profession, but also understood clearly our expectations. At no point he persuaded us to buy the house if we were skeptical about it even 1% rather he was quite straightforward in expressing his views in his field of expertise and assured us to find the right home. That’s the most important quality we liked in him. Overall, we are pleased and thankful to pankaj for guiding us to get our first home in Canada.
