Be careful as this agent misled us when purchasing a property. We asked him what strata levies were and he quoted only the admin levy, not disclosing the full levy amount. After leading 0.25 deposit and getting strata report we see that levy is actually an extra $270 a quarter!!! My son (first home buyer) lost $1700 in total (including reports/solicitor/deposit).
