As a first time buyer I had little knowledge of what it may take to buy my first priority. Meeting and having a conversation with Patricia made me felt at ease. She took the time to explained every step and answered all my questions. She was always hands on even though she was working with many clients. I never felt that way when  she was dealing with me. It was always on a professional and inclusive manner. I like how she was very patient also, because I was a bit nervous taking a big step. Patricia was also not pushy meaning she would not bombarded me constantly with listings she knew that won't  be interested in. I truly felt comfortable with her during our visit to properties, she would asked all the very important questions to the seller. Am happy I got the opportunity to work along with her . I would definitely work with her again if I ever decide to sell or purchase another property.  Patricia is definitely one of a kind very professional and yet not too over the top.
