Patrick was absolutely incredible. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, funny. The man knows his stuff. I would recommend ANYONE in need of agent to contact him. As great of a time as we had house hunting with him, I don't think we will require his services again, only because he found us our dream home. With the market the way it's been, it wasn't an easy task, and we were very particular. The fact he could pull all this off the way he did speaks volumes.
