Patrick was the dual agent selling the home that I purchased in Salem, OR. In my opinion, he was more concerned in closing the transaction than protecting my interests. He vouched for the seller (a general contractor who flipped the house, indicating that he was a GC), the home inspector and an HVAC contractor who installed a new heat pump that I helped pay for. I was left with thousands of dollars of repairs and items that were covered up by the seller and Patrick. Do not use him for your transaction.
