My wife and I don't typically engage in "social" reviews of our service providers but given the difference in views between our experience with Patrick O'Donnell and some of the comments on this site, I felt it necessary to comment. Patrick was a complete pleasure to deal with, both interpersonally and professionally. His personality brings a level of enjoyment to what can be a fairly stressful experience (selling your home) and he provides a level of "one stop" service that takes the load of worry off of the client. Patrick clearly communicated the process of selling, scheduled photos, measurements and viewings very professionally and showed a deft touch in negotiating with the buyers. Overall an A+ and we wouldn't hesitate to retain Patrick again for any of our real estate needs. Regarding other comments on this site, clearly people can have different experiences and there are many points at which a real estate transaction can go sour. However, we would trust Patrick to work through any issues that could arise and his communication skills should allow this to happen. We highly recommend Patrick and would suggest that one "bad apple" shouldn't spoil the bunch!
