We had an extremely positive experience with Patrick. We recently located to Vancouver from Toronto and he was unbelievably patient and knowledgeable. It feels like he has seen practically every house on the North Shore. He knows each road in each neighborhood and is quick to share the advantages and disadvantages of each area. When he walks through a house he also highlights why the house might be difficult to resale. It feels like he works all the time and responded to us while he was in Europe on vacation. I have worked with many realtors over the years and our experience with Patrick was far and away ahead of anything I have had in the past and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
