I have been discovering multiple problems with the property that O'Donnell and his client, the former owner, did not disclose: water-damaged hardwood floors beneath a carpet, electrical outlets that don't work, unsafe electrical, a huge hole under the kitchen sink, a mess of wiring under the kitchen sink. There may be more. I don't know yet.
