We cannot recommend Patrick enough. We had a very specific brief - narrowed down to one West Vancouver neighbourhood, with a view and able to be renovated to our liking. Patrick was the perfect person as he knew who owned what house, when it was last sold and what was going to be coming onto the market. He kept an optimistic attitude and shared his knowledge with us throughout viewings and offers. When the perfect house off market came along, he helped us secure the house quickly.
