Patrick was very helpful in the sale of our home. The first realtor that offered with clients on our house tried to change the conditions of the sale by changing a few words in the offer, basically trying to F%$k us, as soon as I let Patrick know I would not deal with a deceitful realtor he did as I asked and cancelled the offer. On the second offer he helped us clarify our sale conditions.
