I don't know how to thank Paul for selling our property. We had been listed twice before and didn't even get one offer. Paul gave us some presentation tips and within one week of listing, we had the top price in the building. I do not understand why the other agents would not give us suggestions to improve our property for showing, but Paul took the time to do this.
