As a tenant in a home that this man is representing, I can vouch for his team's deplorable communications, utter lack of respect for our quiet enjoyment of our home, and shifty manner. They do not care about us, the legal tenants of this home, and come in without approval and do not leave the house as they found it. Very unprofessional, and I would be surprised if his lack of professionalism ended here. He is bound by the BC Tenancy Act to consult with tenants before scheduling open houses, yet failed to do so. He claims to be a "family man," yet appears to have no respect for our family.

Reply: I was also a tenant at this property, in the laneway house. Blake Hilts, who is part of the Paul Eviston's team, was the realty agent who came to schedule viewings while I was living in the laneway house. Blake was very polite and accommodating. He always sent me a message when he'd be arriving and if it was okay. He was quick when he came by, and he left the place tidier than I left it. I didn't mind Blake coming by, he was very friendly. I'm not sure about the review above, as I'm sure every other tenant would say Blake was great.
