Paul was an absolute nightmare to deal with. He showed us a couple listings for rent, and we asked to submit an application. He neglected to tell us that the apartment had already been leased. We asked to apply for another property, and he stopped responding to us altogether. He told us to stop emailing him because he gets "over 300 a day", but he screened all of our calls. He emailed to say he would phone back, but never did.

Reply: That was not exactly the truth. I had sent you the application and you took a week to get it back to me. Granted you did have a few questions over the week but you were asking to have a lower rent and move in at a later date than we first agreed. By the time I received the application I had already two other applications on hand. The Landlord advised me to take another application which was financial better for the Landlord. I am sorry it didn't work out for you. As far as the other unit, it was for a higher rent and your application was not strong enough to meet the criteria. Reply: It's great that you follow your reviews, Paul. I disagree with your version of events - we had questions about the application which you did not reply to at all. We phoned, emailed, and texted you but you didn't respond. When we finally submitted the application it was too late. If you say you're going to call someone, you should probably just follow through. It's disappointing (though not surprising) to see that others have been through similar experiences with this agent. All I can say is thank goodness we weren't buying. Do your research on who you work with, folks!
