We used Paul in May 2015 to purchase a new home from a builder. This was our first home purchase as a couple, so naturally we were very excites. Paul was great the first week, showing us the options, negotiating with the builder, so although we didn't need to have an agent to buy from a builder directly, we decided to use him (and give him some commission) because he just seemed so great. Well, before the ink could even dry on the purchase agreement (he didn't even stick around for the entire meeting), we never heard from him again. We e-mails him at least 6-8 times, called continuously, and he never got back to us (not ONCE). Luckily we were able to deal with the builder directly, but knowing that he was making money off of our purchase and not speaking to us at all was probably the most frustrating process. To this day, we never heard from him again. Not between purchase and closing, not during the closing process, and not after the closing. Not even a single 'congratulations'. He was horrible to deal with, and we are looking at bringing our concerns to the real-estate board of Ontario that oversees agents' licenses.

Reply:    I am sorry to see that you were not happy with the process. I had check with all our email correspondence and I had responded to all of them. Most of the concerns that you had was with the builder's design center and the changes that you wanted to have done. Unfortunately I was limited who much I can help you with builder. In fact, the email you send me, I responded to for you to call me to go over your concerns with the builder and your reply was "No worries, we were able to get our answers from the builder". Reply:    Great to see you follow your reviews closely. I will have to disagree with you, you did not return any of our calls (both myself and my boyfriend reached out to you on multiple occasions - for a multitude of issues ie: closing date, keys, builder changes to the house), and not a single call was returned. I also find it to be horrible business practice to not reach out to your clients at all over a 2-month period prior to closing, and especially appalling that you did not contact us at all at the time of closing. There was no attention to client care, and we were left navigating on our own.
