Paul has done an excellent job in discussing what price would be good for the sale in the area of which the house or property is located in. Paul has sold two houses and one lot for me at great market prices and in minimal time, very impressed how he keeps me up to date on all activities and I would recommend him to anyone for the sell or purchase of any real estate.
