We used Paul, in the sale of our home. While successful there were several very frustrating issues along the way. Communication was very poor and we often felt our calls and requests were being ignored. When we asked for documents to be sent so we can sign it took us prompting him several times. In addition it took far too long to get out listing posted and photos added - after a offer a conditional offer being made the photographer was cancelled without our knowledge leaving us out of the house for no reason. We also had a few instances in people showing up for a showing without our knowledge. Overall a frustrating and stressful experience we are glad to be done with.
