We used Paul based off a recommendation. We were very pleased with the results, we sold our home for more than we hoped and we got the house we wanted for much less than asking. As with any agent who is good at what they do, we did have the odd communication delay, however, he always responded and made sure to dedicate his time to us during the important steps of the process.
