Because Paul Saulnier proved to be respectful, dedicated to his clients' interests, and knowledgeable about the realty market of different areas of New Brunswick, in other words profesional, I would recommend his services to potential clients. He promptly looked for information I had asked, and made sure I received them. He also took the time to give me virtual tours of several properties that were of interest to me. He even discouraged me from buying a property which seemed OK to me from afar: not only have I wept for months for not having followed his sound advice, I still do regret it to this day. As regards the points where I put only one star, it is because they are non applicable to this case.
