Paul Woldu is a very co-operative, informative and flexible. First I visited different relators' websites and submitted to Paul for advices and comments. Among the many selections, some of them already sold, others became out of the option due to neighborhood, much price, or problem with the house. At the finalists stage, we visited and looked from inside, on 3 houses. Finally I along with Paul choose the last one, that is being purchased.
