Peggy has to be one of the nicest people I've ever met. While we did a private sale (at the request of the seller or it was a no deal) Peggy helped ease our stress and helped us understand the house buying process. No first time home buyer should ever go through a private sale like we did but we certainly couldnt have done it without her and her wonderful advice. Her love for helping young couples achieve their goals is one unmatched and I am so honoured to have met Peggy. I recommend Peggy a million times over.
