We purchased our home and 3 years later we contacted her as we were considering selling our home. At that point, she told us that our house value had not increased, and in fact that we would only be able to sell it for the same price we purchased it for 3 years prior. When asked if we had overpaid the first time, she said yes, however she was our realtor when we bought it and should have provided us with some information in this regard, especially being first time home buyers. Her market evaluation was nearly 50K less than the other two market evaluations. Would not recommend her to anyone.
