I purchased this home for my daughter and her family to live in and grow up in. But because of my daughter fallen in a drug problem. the home became rental property. I hade several Issus's with the home. from with people that moved into it didn't care with it being a home. between broken window and doors several times. I chose to let it go. with the hope of a family finding it a home for themselves. Thanks to Peter the home sold quickly. Bottom line, was. I am very happy.
