I was extremely disappointed with my very short stay at his rental where I experienced pest issues, including rats and insects, while paying $2,000 per month plus utilities. It was a very disruptive and stressful experience. Given the nature of his profession, I would expect a much higher standard of professionalism and care when helping people find a home.
