I had a highly disappointing experience with Phil Bentham during a property showing. Not only did he leave behind damage at my property, but he also failed to contact me about the issue. Instead, I had to reach out to him—definitely a red flag. He offered to mitigate the issue, and in the spirit of cooperation, I agreed to lower the cost of the repair to just $50 by doing the repair myself. Despite this, he stopped responding to me after I sent him the invoice. While $50 isn't a significant amount in the grand scheme of things, his behavior is quite concerning. If this is how he treats people he's trying to do business with, I can't recommend him. Realbroker and RealAlberta should consider whether this conduct aligns with their business values.
